Returns

We accept returns only for:

• Damaged products
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Since many of our furniture pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Custom-made furniture
• Minor variations in wood grain, texture, or color

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Damaged Items

Please record an unboxing video and share photographs while reporting damage.
